• Hot Stone Massage

All treatments are professional in nature. Our therapist is a massage therapist, not a physiotherapist, and does not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions.

3. Booking and appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance by phone or text on 07562 450789.
• Appointments are required; we do not take walk-ins.
• Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Please arrive close to your appointment time rather than early, as there is no waiting area.

4. Pricing and payment

• Treatment prices vary by service and session length and are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Health and safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. This information is essential for your safety and to provide appropriate care.

• We reserve the right to decline or adapt treatment where it may be unsuitable for your health.
• Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.
• We maintain hygiene and safety standards appropriate to the treatments offered.
• The treatment room is private and used for one client at a time.

6. Cancellations and missed appointments

As a one-therapist studio, a missed or late-cancelled appointment is a slot no one else could use. Please contact us as early as you can if your plans change so the time can be offered to someone else.

7. Client responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective treatment, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate health information
• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Behave respectfully towards the therapist
• Follow any guidance the therapist gives you during your appointment
• Pay for services as agreed
• Respect professional boundaries at all times

8. Professional standards

• All treatments are professional and non-sexual.
• We maintain client confidentiality.
• We use appropriate draping and respect your privacy.
• We provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment.

Any inappropriate request or behaviour will end the session immediately and may be reported to the authorities.

9. Liability and disclaimers

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.

• We recommend consulting a GP or other healthcare professional about any medical concern.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment, except where the law provides otherwise.
